Why should I choose Swift Service Men?
Swift Service Men is a simple and reliable home service provider alternative to traditional service brands. We continually refine the experience of services through technology that not only streamlines the scheduling process but also ensures customers are matched with the most-qualified Swift Service Men in their area.
How are Swift Service Men different from traditional service companies ?
It takes more than just basic skills to be a good swift service man or woman. It takes integrity and experience, as well as the ability to make people feel comfortable, and know there money was well spent. Prior to joining our platform, every Swift Service Man or Woman undergoes a thorough interview process and background check to ensure they have the personality and skills necessary to provide an exceptional experience. And we track each Swift Helpers performance (based on customer and peer feedback) to make sure only high-rated Swift Service Men are matched to jobs.
Is Swift Service Men insured?
Yes, absolutely. We carry general commercial liability insurance as well as other relevant policies related to our business. You can download and view our certificate of insurance. Swift Service Men also offers a limited reimbursement for property or items damaged during services, the policy for which is explained in our Terms of Service. At the moment, Swift Service Men does not offer full-valuation coverage to customers.
What if one or both of my locations is outside of your serviceable area?
If we only have swift service men in one of the areas you’re moving to or from, you may elect to book labor-only services to have swift service men load or unload your belongings at a single location. At this time, we are unable to allow our swift service men to travel outside of their service area.
Are you affordable?
Yes! Our average local move is $230. And with pay what you use, you’ll only pay for the time your swift service men work (beyond the four-hour minimum for moves with a truck and the one hour minimum for labor-only services).
